Facility Rental and Usage

• FSAA Chapters or Clubs are allowed use of the Smittcamp Alumni House with no rental fee. After hours (after 5 p.m. M-F), weekends, set-up, clean-up and staffing charges still apply.
• FSAA Chapters or Clubs may not reserve on behalf of off-campus organizations.
• FSAA Chapters or Clubs are responsible for any damage to the facility.

Facility Reservations

• All reservations are made through the Smittcamp Alumni House Reservation Office.
• Reservations are accepted no more than one year in advance.
• To confirm your reservation, confirmations must be signed by the faculty/staff member requesting the reservation 4 weeks prior to the event.
• Unsigned reservations are subject to cancellation.

Food and Beverage Policy

• All food and beverage must be contracted through University Dining Services.

Alcoholic Beverages

• All events with alcohol must be approved 4 weeks prior to the event and provided to the Smittcamp Alumni House Reservation Office. Serving Alcohol on Campus

Room Set-up Requirements

• Tables and chairs for indoor events are provided at no cost (based on availability).
• Outdoor events require an off-campus vendor for all set up.
• FSAA Chapters or Clubs are responsible to make arrangements with an off-campus vendor to coordinate rentals, set-up, clean-up, etc. 
• Rental drop off and pick up times must be pre-approved by the Smittcamp Alumni House Reservation Office 2 weeks prior to the event. 
• Final set-up (indoor or outdoor) is required 2 weeks prior to the event date.
• Any changes made after the work order has been submitted, is subject to a $25 fee per change.

Parking

• Parking permits are required to park on campus during the following times:

• Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• FSAA Chapters or Clubs must request a parking code at least 2 weeks in advance
• Contact the FSAA engagement team (careenwong@mail.fresnostate.edu) to obtain a parking code for your guests. 
• FSAA Chapters or Clubs are responsible for distributing the code to their guests. If you need assistance, please contact the FSAA engagement team.
